Shipping policy

Shipping time

After your order is placed, we will endeavour to package your order within 3 business days.

We do not ship plants or organic material to all States and Territories. All other items can be shipped Australia-wide.

As of April 2026 we no longer ship plants. We do offer in store collection or local delivery. You can reach out to us via email for more information or to organise your own courier collection service.

Shipping Method

We use Courier or Australia Post depending on size and weight.

Being mindful of environmental sustainability, we will ship your order with reused or recycled cardboard boxes as much as possible.

Deliveries

Local deliveries are available to all addresses within the Inner West Local Government Area for all online orders over $50. Delivery is available for other Sydney suburbs for $50.

Delivery times available:

10am-8pm Weds-Fri

10am-5pm Sat & Sun

All local delivery orders will be dispatched with 'Authority to Leave' the items at the premises if unattended.

Store Collection

Click & Collect is available in store for online purchases. Once your order has been packed and is ready for pick up we will send you an email. Please present this email when collecting your order.
