Refund policy

We want you to love your Wattle & Bee purchase. However if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us directly at felicity@wattleandbee.com.au and we will work to find a solution.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at felicity@wattleandbee.com.au. If your return is accepted, it will need to be brought into the store or sent to the following address at your own expense: 100 Crystal Street, Petersham, NSW 2049. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Our plants and other perishable goods cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and hazardous materials are also unable to be returned.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for purchases in store. For online purchases, postage for exchanges will need to be paid for by the customer.

Refunds

For all plant purchases, please bear in mind that each plant is a unique, living organism and as such there may be variations in colour, texture, size and look, even between the same species. Refunds will not be issued for minor variations.

We assess all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or seen appropriate photographic evidence, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item on your original payment method within 5 business days of notifying us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues

We package all of our orders with the utmost care. However if your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product with evidence of the damage and we will investigate and arrange a claim where necessary. 

We are not responsible for postage delays and cannot provide a refund for delays.
