Felicity
As a lifelong plant enthusiast who hails from the picturesque Blue Mountains, Felicity's journey naturally led her to become a qualified Horticulturalist and then opening her own plant shop. Complementing her green thumb, she also holds a BA in Environmental Management.
Felicity shares her home with two delightful indoor cats, plenty of greenery, and a very supportive husband.
Felicity is on a quest to make gardening fun, accessible and relaxing for everyone.
Jake
Husband to Wattle & Bee founder, Felicity, Jake comes from a research background and has been putting his unique skill set to work, helping discover new opportunities for the business. He's also been busy learning and absorbing plenty of plant knowledge on-the-go.
"I'm not a natural green thumb but I was lucky enough to grow up surrounded by greenery, flowers and veggie gardens in the tranquil English countryside."
"As I learn more about Australian, and especially Sydney, flora, I'm enjoying sharing that new knowledge with the Inner West community."

"Wattle & Bee has been my happy place since it opened. It’s like a bright, beautiful jungle wonderland. I was a regular customer and now I’m working in the shop once a week! I’m a self-taught plant guru. My goal is to make my tiny apartment like a forest - I’m pretty close!
I’m studying Honours in visual communication (graphic design and other things). I’ve got a HUGE passion for diversity, accessibility and inclusion. If you communicate in Auslan, come say hi cause I’m learning but need practice!"
